Multifamily Project Manager
- Account Management, Entry-Level
- Miami, Florida
- Permanent
Negotiable
About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager who knows multifamily construction inside and out, especially in Miami's dynamic market. If you've successfully taken large-scale developments from dirt to delivery while keeping budgets, schedules, and quality on track, we'd love to talk.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Run the show on multifamily projects from day one: budgets, schedules, teams, the whole nine yards
- Jump into preconstruction early: nail down scope, find value engineering wins, and lock in solid subcontractor deals
- Stay on top of contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, all the documentation that keeps things moving
- Be the go-between for ownership, architects, consultants, and city officials to keep everyone aligned
- Watch the numbers like a hawk: track costs, review forecasts, approve pay apps
- Coach and support your Assistant PMs, Supers, and field crews
- Keep safety front and center while hitting (or beating) quality and timeline goals
- Show up as a professional people trust, someone who owns their work and does the right thing
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or something similar is great but not a dealbreaker if you've got the experience
- At least 5 years managing multifamily or mixed-use projects
- You've closed out ground-up jobs worth $30M or more, and done it well
- You're comfortable in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (P6 experience is a bonus)
- You communicate clearly, solve problems on the fly, and know how to lead without micromanaging
- You can juggle competing priorities and keep everything on budget and on time
What's In It For You:
- Competitive compensation package
- Bonuses tied to performance, not just showing up
- Full benefits: health, dental, vision
- 401(k) with a company match
- PTO, paid holidays, and real opportunities to grow your career
